Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • The Customer has the right to cancel the purchase, return the goods and receive a full amount or replace them in the event that there is any defect in the ordered product or if it violates the site’s description, provided that the goods have not been used in any way. It was not installed on the rims of the car or was not tested driving the vehicle, and it still retains the intact packaging materials and is in the same new condition that it was in when it was received within (3) working days of its receipt according to the bill of lading attached to the original invoice.
  • When canceling an early purchase before the goods leave the warehouse, only the installment companies’ commission fees, if any, shall be deducted and the rest of the amount shall be refunded. Otherwise, the Customer shall be responsible for the costs of returning the goods, and the “AutoFast” store reserves the right to charge the Customer directly for any costs associated with returning the goods.
  • You can contact our store’s Customer Service Center for information regarding return costs as costs shall vary depending on tire size.
  • Please note that products purchased are based on special offers and for a limited time. It cannot be returned or exchanged, and only the original method of payment will be refunded.
  • The Customer does not have the right to return or exchange any opened materials or packages and materials that are used, damaged, or subject to poor storage.

IMPORTANT NOTES TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING TIRES:

  • All pictures of tires on the site are for display purposes only. You shall often receive tires with a different tread pattern.
  • Due to the high draw and fast movement of inventory, we cannot guarantee a specific “pattern” or specify the shape of the “pattern” and we cannot promise the Customer shall receive a specific “pattern”.
  • We do not accept return requests based on a different pattern. The Customer bears the shipping and return costs in this case.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING NOT INCLUDING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY CARD:

  • We do not accept return requests based on different specifications, such as speed code or temperature tolerance. The Customer is responsible for knowing this information before completing the purchase process, and the Customer bears the shipping and return costs in this case.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING INVENTORY:

Due to the large number of orders for our car tire products, the stock shall run out very quickly before the site is updated. Therefore, when we start preparing the order, we shall discover that:

  • The product is not available.
  • The currently available production date does not match the date in the advertisement or/and website.

IN THIS CASE, IF THE ORDER IS PAID BY THE CUSTOMER BUT THE STOCK IS OUT OF STOCK, WE OFFER ONE OF THESE SOLUTIONS:

  • We ask the Customer to wait (5) to (10) working days until the product is available in our warehouses. We then ship the order as soon as it becomes available.
  • We offer the Customer an alternative product that is similar in price and of the same quality. If the Customer agrees, we collect/refund the price difference (if any)
  • The order is cancelled, and the Customer receives a full refund of the order amount.
